Vendors are also welcome to advertise in our program booklet for $25 per half page. 

You may bring any signage or POS materials you’d like, as long as they do not create a safety hazard or impede movement through the camp. Please plan according to weather as all spaces are outdoors.

Booth spaces are approximately 12 square feet. You are required to provide your own equipment as the festival only provides the allotted spaced. For larger spaces, speak with us ahead of time to make arrangements. 

You will be responsible for setting up and tearing down as well as maintaining your booth. We do not take responsibility for any damages that occur while you are here. Booths must be attended during market hours 11am – 5pm. 

To ensure safety and compliance, vendors must carry commercial liability insurance. Please note, the sale of alcohol is prohibited.
