General festival info
- All ages welcome.
- Kids under 5 are free.
- Rain or shine.
- Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Pre-Registration is not required but strongly encouraged.
- All registrants must check in at registration booth upon arrival with a copy of their receipt.

- Festival opens at 3pm on Wednesday.
- Anyone arriving early will be asked to wait.
about Passes
- All attendees must wear their wristband for the duration of the festival.
- Your pass is only valid for the length of time you purchased (full week/weekend only).
- A wristband is required to enter all festival spaces.
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
- Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
Meals
- Meal passes must be pre-purchased before June 6th.
- Meal passes cannot be purchased on site
- Meal tickets can only be used once and must be surrendered on use.
- The Main Feast is on Saturday night, as always, is free of charge to all attendees.

- Spaces are typically 12×12. Set up your display according to your preference; the choice is yours.

- All submissions must be received no later than three weeks prior to the festival.
- Submit all proposals via the submission form below.
- Incomplete forms will be disregarded.
- We reserve the right to refuse scheduling for any submission deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or unsuitable.
- For effective scheduling, please inform us of your planned attendance days before the festival.
- Workshop locations are predetermined and posted on arrival, please confirm with administration whether a change is required.
