To ensure your submission is considered for presentation at the festival, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All submissions must be received no later than three weeks prior to the festival.
- Submit all proposals via the submission form below.
- Incomplete forms will be disregarded.
- We reserve the right to refuse scheduling for any submission deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or unsuitable.
For effective scheduling, please inform us of your planned attendance days before the festival. We post the schedule in advance, so if adjustments are needed, let us know. Workshop locations are predetermined and posted on arrival, please confirm with administration whether a change is required.
Workshop Descriptions Must Contain:
- Detailed description of who you are, your experience, what qualifies you to be hosting the workshop
- What will people be learning? Specify any tradition, if relevant
- Is this intended for a specific demographic (womxn/mxn/children/couples)?
- Will people need to bring anything?
- Will the festival need to provide anything? Monetary compensation is not guaranteed.
- Typically programs run for an hour, will this be enough time or will you need more?
