Harvesatfest -- Registration

Welcome to the Harvestfest registration page. There are two methods available for you to choose from to complete your registration:

1. Pay online via PayPal

2. Download the registration form and pay via surface mail

A Note to those Registering by PayPal

In order for us to better match up payments with the names of those registering (via PayPal), we ask that you use your legal name (if possible) when paying by PayPal, and/or that you use the text box provided at the bottom of the PayPal payment page to list the names of all of those being registered.

Note: We offer an "earlybird" rate for those of you who book online. The earlybird rate will be available until the end of October 8. After that, the "at the door" rate will apply which are as follows:

Indoor cabin space $140.00

Outdoor camping $130.00

Registration via Surface Mail

In order to finalize your registration for Harvest Fest, we must receive your full Registration Fee no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the festival.

Please make all cheques or money orders payable to Wic-Can Fest, and mail them no later than two weeks prior to the festival to our address below.

Please Note:

Payments sent by mail must be in the form of either a certified cheque or money order. Personal cheques will NOT be accepted. Do not send cash through the mail.
